生活满意度的神经机制:来自磁共振成像的证据The neuromechanism of life satisfaction: Evidence from MRI studies

摘要(Abstract):
目的 基于对生活满意度的磁共振研究的系统评价,揭示生活满意度的神经机制。材料与方法 遵循系统评价和荟萃分析优先报告项目(PRISMA)的标准流程,全面获取现存的生活满意度的磁共振研究,并提取成像模式、生活满意度的测量和相关的大脑结构及功能指标等数据,再分别对不同脑区的结果进行汇总分析。结果 最终共纳入15篇文献;发现生活满意度与大脑结构和功能存在较为广泛的关联模式,关联脑区主要集中于前额叶皮层,还与边缘系统、顶叶、颞叶和枕叶等脑区的部分结构及功能存在联系。结论 前额叶皮层的结构及功能对个体生活满意度具有重要意义,可能与边缘系统、颞叶、顶叶和枕叶等相关脑区协调活动,通过参与个体的认知、情绪和记忆等功能影响其社会行为和主观体验,从而与生活满意度产生了密切的联系。
